In case of Cancellation within 72 hours from the arrival date no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of No-Show 100% of the first two nights will be charged.

The Non-Refundable rates were created with a special price reduction, therefore they cannot be altered, modified or cancelled. Should you do so no refund will be given. In case of payment via bank transfer the Residence has to receive the total amount within 48 hours or the booking will be cancelled. All Non-Refundable bookings are 100% charged upon confirmation of the reservation.
